Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave the studio in 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 days in the continental US. Shipping is free over $75.

What's your return policy?

Return unused gear within 60 days for a full refund. Opened nutrition can be returned within 30 days if it isn't for you.

Do I need to sign up for the Saturday walk?

No. Meet outside the studio at 7:20 am. Bring water and comfortable shoes. We go at a conversational pace and nobody gets left behind.

Which kettlebell weight should I start with?

Most people start with 8 or 12 kg for swings and goblet squats. If you're unsure, message us with your training background and a coach will recommend one.

Are your nutrition products third-party tested?

Yes. Each batch is tested by an independent lab for purity and label accuracy. Results are available on request.
